Description Vintage Large Extending Teak and Tiled Dining Table. There is no makers mark, in the style of Gangso Mobler. Very easily extends with either one or two leaves. The leaves can either be left attached at the side of the table when not in use, or they can be easily detached. This is a heavy piece of statement furniture, made of solid teak. The legs come off for easy transportation and access. This Danish teak and tiled top dining table is a marvellous mid century modern example of quality, design and style in a 70’s favourite colour palette! These tables are definitely a talking point in today’s modern living environment. Hugely practical for children and adults, with the tiles able to cope with that hot cup of tea or coffee and easily wiped clean; even the spills from dinner can be easily cleaned. The table could make quite an impact, in any modern or retro home. A solid teak frame with handcrafted leaf designed ceramic tiles form a central geometric pattern to the table top with the same pattern repeating on the two removable/extending panels.
